Effective date: 23 September 2026 Welcome to Kirana Hub, operated by Kirana Hub ("we", "us"), registered at [add your registered business address in Admin → Settings]. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. 1. Accounts You sign in with your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You're responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure — activity from your account is treated as authorized by you. 2. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is out of our service area, or we suspect fraud — in which case any amount charged will be refunded. 3. Pricing and availability Prices, offers and product availability can change without notice and may vary by vendor. Delivery time estimates are our best effort, not a guarantee. 4. Vendors Products are listed and fulfilled by the vendors partnered with Kirana Hub. We coordinate the order and delivery but the vendor is responsible for product quality and accuracy of listings. 5. Payments We accept Cash on Delivery and other payment methods as they become available in the app. You agree to pay the full order amount, including any delivery and handling fees shown at checkout. 6. Acceptable use Don't misuse the app — this includes attempting to interfere with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or abusing coupons/offers outside their stated terms. 7. Liability Kirana Hub is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app. 8.
