This policy explains what information we collect through the Kirana Hub app and website, and how we use it. 1. Information we collect - Account details: your phone number (used to sign in via OTP) and, if you provide it, your name and email. - Delivery information: saved addresses, and your location (only when you choose to share it) to set your delivery point and estimate arrival time. - Order information: items ordered, order value, payment method and status, and order history. - Usage information: basic device and app information needed to keep the app working and secure. 2. How we use it - To create and manage your account and orders. - To deliver your order to the right address and keep you updated on its status. - To provide customer support and respond to your requests. - To improve the app and prevent fraud or abuse. 3. Sharing We share order and delivery details with the vendor fulfilling your order and, where applicable, our delivery partners — only as needed to complete your order. We do not sell your personal information. 4. Payments Orders can be paid by Cash on Delivery or other payment methods as they become available in the app. We do not store your card details. 5. Data retention We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law. 6.
